Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package with Care
Place the crystals in their original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure they are protected from scratches during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your padded shipping envelope.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
